CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & No-Show Policy To ensure we can accommodate all clients and respect our providers’ time, we require a $50 deposit to secure your appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time to avoid forfeiting your deposit. • No-show appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the $50 deposit. • Deposits are non-refundable, but will be applied toward your service when you attend your scheduled appointment. • Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings. We understand that emergencies happen and appreciate your communication whenever possible. Thank you for respecting our time and allowing us to provide the best experience for all clients. Hair Extension Deposit Policy To secure your hair extension appointment and ensure your custom hair order is placed, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Please read carefully: • All extension deposits are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. • Deposits go directly toward the purchase of your custom hair and reserved appointment time. • Once the hair is ordered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or transferred. • Your deposit will be applied toward your final service total on the day of your appointment. • Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. • If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 48 hours notice to have your deposit transferred to one future date (one-time courtesy only). • Cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours will result in loss of deposit. By booking an extension appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy in full.
